Proceedings
1 In a bowl, pour water, oil and salt.
2 Stir with a whisk and gradually add the flour as well, trying to avoid the formation of lumps.
3 Once you have a smooth and homogeneous batter, set it aside.
4 In the meantime, peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices (about 1/2 mm).
5 Add the potatoes to the batter and mix gently to incorporate them.
6 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
7 Line a baking tray with baking paper and pour in the batter, leveling it over the entire surface.
8 Garnish the surface with fresh rosemary or other spices as desired.
9 Bake for at least 45 minutes or until golden brown.
10 Once baked, the mash is ready to be served!
