1 Start by removing the outer leaves of the cabbage and cutting it into thin slices with the help of a slicer.
2 Grate the carrots and add them to the cabbage.
3 Dedicate yourself now to fruit: cut the apple into cubes and shuck the pomegranate
4 Add the fruit to the vegetables and season with salt, pepper, olive oil and the juice of half a lemon. You can add spices to taste.
5 Mix everything and let it rest in the fridge for at least ten minutes. Rest will help release all the flavors.
6 In the meantime, cut the feta cheese into cubes and chop the nuts.
7 Add the feta and nuts to the surface just before serving the salad. This way they will not be dyed red.
8 Your salad is ready to enjoy!
