Each box of radicchio must have an adherent and visible label showing the product name, category, size (size or weight), country of origin, and, if applicable, the area of production with national, regional, or local designation. In addition, the label must show the supplier's address, package weight and, if necessary, the production batch TMC.

METHOD OF CULTIVATION

Radicchio - Conventional Production

Product derived from conventional agriculture, complying with current Italian legislation on plant protection products and good agricultural cultivation practices. For products imported from countries other than Italy, current EU harmonization regulations regarding permitted pesticide residues apply.

Radicchio - Production from "Integrated Production" crops.

Product derived from cultivation in accordance with the principles of "Integrated Production," as provided for in the various Regional Disciplines and/or in accordance with the current National Guidelines, to which reference is made for specifications regarding agronomic management, fertilization and crop defense. The products in question are of national origin and must comply with the restrictions on substances that can be used for defense under the regime of the aforementioned Disciplines. The commodity characteristics of the fruits must be the same as described above and the same as the product

conventional.

GMOS - ALLERGENS - LATEX

The product is GMO-FREE (no genetically modified organisms), complies with EC Reg 1169/2011 and subsequent updates regarding allergens, also contains no latex and no packaging or any packaging material containing latex is used.
